Formby Walk of Whiteness and Passion Play 2016

ON Good Friday, 25 March 2016, the Churches Together, in Formby, Altcar and Hightown, put on the annual 'Walk of Whiteness', thought the Village Centre and then a cast, dressed in costume preformed the 'Passion Play'. This year's show was narrated by Ruth Woodward and had Jesus played by Mark Hogben. Reflection was given by Rev. Ann Taylor from St Peter's and the introduction along with opening prayer was given by John Ryan, Chairman of the local Churches Together.
